Conditions of Use:
Digital products available from this store may be purchased with either a SINGLE DOMAIN or MULTIPLE DOMAIN license:
SINGLE DOMAIN LICENSES: Purchasing and downloading a software product with a SINGLE DOMAIN license entitles you to use the software, either personally or commercially, on no more than one (1) distinct domain. Use on multiple domains, including subdomains, requires you to obtain a MULTIPLE DOMAIN license. You are not permitted to share, sell, or in any way distribute the product or any portion of its source code in any way whatsoever. You are also not permitted to instruct others on how to reproduce the behavior implemented in the downloaded product. You may modify the product to suit your individual needs, but any derived works are governed by the same copyright rules as the original product. Put simply, don't share your download with anyone.
MULTIPLE DOMAIN LICENSES: Purchasing and downloading a software product with a MULTIPLE DOMAIN license entitles you to install the software on an unlimited number of sites. You are not permitted to publicly or openly redistribute the product or any portion of its source code, nor to publicly reveal how its behavior can be reproduced. You may modify the product to suit yours or your clients' needs, but any derived works are governed by the same copyright rules as the original product. Put simply, you and only you may install the product on the sites and servers of your choice.
By purchasing and downloading a product, you accept full responsibility for protecting that product against illegal redistribution and piracy. If your copy of a product is found to have been installed on more domains or subdomains than its license permits, you may be held liable for damages. If your copy of a product is found to be illegally or publicly shared on the Internet, you may be held liable for damages. Damages may include lost revenue due to each stolen copy and time spent seeking and removing publicly available copies. You are not permitted to place a copy of your product on any public forum, or in any format that may be freely accessible to others. Please be sure to only install your product on servers that you personally control, or that you trust to be secure from theft and general public access.
Download Counts:
For security reasons, some products may only be downloaded a limited number of times. If you've used up all of your downloads, please contact the staff who will be happy to reset the download count for you.
Upgrades:
Free upgrades will be provided for a term no less than one (1) year from the date of purchase. Whenever an upgrade becomes available, your remaining download count will be refilled and you may download the latest version in the same way as the original purchase. After one (1) year has elapsed, a new license may be required in order to continue receiving upgrades.
Compatibility:
As our products are built on several independent platforms (i.e. Wordpress, Facebook), it is possible that future updates to these platforms could cause the products to cease functioning partially or completely. We will make every effort to keep the products up-to-date and working with the most recent versions of all relevant platforms, but cannot be held responsible for loss of features or functionality due to changes beyond our control. Our products are guaranteed to work as advertised on the versions of all platforms that exist at the time of purchase.
In addition, our Wordpress plugins are not guaranteed to function with all 3rd party plugins or themes. It is our policy to support our plugins as best we can and we will provide support for 3rd party conflicts only at our discretion or as time allows.
Refunds:
Digital purchases may be refunded for any reason within fifteen (15) days of the order date, provided you have not yet downloaded the file. Once the file has been downloaded, your purchase is not refundable. This is similar to buying software from a brick-and-mortar store: you may return it, but not after the package has been opened. To ensure that the product works for you, please test any available free versions BEFORE purchasing a premium add-on; special refund requests will only be honored if you're experiencing an issue unique to the purchased product itself. In other words, issues with free plugins (that could have been reported prior to purchase) will not warrant a special refund.
